ARCTIC CAT 2002 440 Sno Pro?
I just bought a 2002 440 Sno Pro CA and have a problem with it! When I travel, it seems half the maximum speed should be (40 mph) instead of the usual 80 km / h! When I get up to 20 km / h, falling to 6,000 rpm and I loss of power! What is the problem! What should I do for one piston?? Ideas? Thank you Ben
I suppose his sled runs normally at low speed which means that the engine is fine mechanics. Maybe your ignition / spark quiting at higher speeds, but the chances are you a carburetor dirty side. You must stop running the sled to make sure that both carbs are clean, because if one side blockage will run lean and seize the piston. carb cleaning is not rocket science, but it must be done well, ask someone who has a experience in carbohydrates.
